staff behaviour is very bad , late night entry not allowed, i If I want to talk to a friend about meeting someone not allowed by hotel . They ask for extra charges for it. If some service is required, no action for that and the hotel is not clean.

Very bad experience .we booked room worth but condition of the room was so bad that I won't pay a 1000 for that room .the room was dirty and damp ,they provide towels but those were smelly. The bathroom was very dirty and worms were crawling on the floor. Their lift doesn't work they put lock on the gate we took our luggage through stairs ,no staff came during checkout it's really pathetic.

Pathetic... It's a fraud hotel.
They show something else in room photos but actual room was very much differ and poor. May be they click those photos from any other good Hotels.
You have to wait for around 2-3 hrs for your room service order that too after several remaindering phone calls.
It's not a family hotel. Here full on local couples checking inn and checking out for 2-3 hrs activity.
You have to wait for 1-2 hrs. at reception for check inn.
Food quality and taste was wrost.
Overall it was a horrible experience to book a room here.
