One of the worst hotel experiences of lifetime. Staff specifically the lady receptionist was very rude using cheap languages. According to policy there is a clause where early checkin is available if rooms available.But the receptionist totally disagreed and asked extra 1000rupees for 2hrs early check in. By using harsh languages.Room services were very disappointing .ac was not working at all. Very bad experience with the Reception guy(except madam). Whenever I am calling and asking some item, he will say I am sending. After 5 hrs also not received. Such a good service they are providing. Iam fully upset with hotel front end office guy. This is my 1st visit and bad visit. Never recommend this hotel to any person in future. They don't know how to speak with guests.
