Horrible experience location wise it was ok but the stay experience was horrible advised not to book this hotel. useless staff and management

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is at the walking distance from railway station and a bus stop. The room was good and clean. Lift service is also available. There is also a rooftop cafe/restuarant, which is good. The hotel is couple friendly & no one's going to disturb you if may be wondering. Overall, the ambience was good. The issues were that, the geyser wasn't working properly. They didn't provide hair dryer as they mentioned in the facilities. There were no refrigerator or small fridge in the room. My overall experience was good in the hotel. Recommended.

V bad experience room v small toilet was dirty geaser was not working then room changed after completing other room was same small. and full of smoke smell whole night we covered our nose can't sleep more then three ours this room is not worth we wasted

Not much good experience with Hotel Green Castle .. Average Hotel rooms and washroom. Don't stay at Hotel Green Castle with your family ..... Staying for one night by paying Rs is an expensive deal. you can see another option.
