Cafeteria area and Food is best. Service and Staff is best. But the concern is related to the Toilet some cleanliness should be there like Taps were leaking The floor was watery, and there should be an exhaust fan for washroom freshness. And some flies repellent should be provided in the room also.

hotel green cottage is a best place to stay in nature.
rooms are neat and clean and well furnished.
staff is very polite.
food was also amazing.

Good and nice room. Staff is very good and cooperative. Good parking space. Its a very good snowfall on 26/02/2022 at 05:45 pm. Room Rates & food rates are attractive.

poor hotel,poor staff and no cleaniness at all and worst rooms with no water and electricity. no tv was working. i told them to repair but they dont know what to do. no wifi was working as they said modem is damaged. they took extra charge of bedding and when we refused to give it they starting accusing and warning us like gunda's. i want my full refund back from this hotel. i have suffered a lot in this. worst experience of hotel in entire life till now. refund my money or i will file a case in consumer court as i am a hight court advocate

Its a good hotel, window room view is good. Dhaba adjoining hotel is very good👌🏻
