it was a really nice experience staying here in green exotica. i have booked a standard room for 2 nights and here are some pros and cons :
1. cleanliness and spacious rooms
2. tv and wifi working
3. bathroom was ok β
4. food was delicious π
cons :
1. dustbin should be there in every room.
2. ac was not on .. mentioned was working. not required hence not bothering to ask.
recommended if you are looking for value for money π° stay in mahableshwar β€οΈ have a great vacation π

amazing hotel..our stay was very pleasant.. and hotel exotica to make my stay memorable....I dont have any negative points to give it less star so 5 *. hot water available..ample of car parking space so car parking is not a problem. calm and lovely seenry beauty from hotel. Food which I have ordered from hotel was also so much delicious. I loved this hotel for my stay.for family stay a lots of kids gaming zone is available. kids jhula is also available.

I can't give zero star because they have faltu quality in everything.. be it room the surroundings the guys at reception the hot water which comes only 1 hour it seems.. the food they served by far pathetic in 30 years life.. they deserved to be penalized ... and room have all types of insects inside and the quality of rooms and the charge they quote is exorbitant for what they offer.. never ever go to this place in your wildest dreams...

Hotel is Value for money , it is central point of Mahabaleshwar and Pachgani. And the Location is good for stay.

Here is water bottle is not complementary. TV was permanently switch off Complimentary breakfast only poha and upma were the two options. With family we need to go out for the breakfast.
