The room was spacious and with adequate amenities. If the check out time was more flexible, that would have been more appropriate. The staff behaviour was average. The access to nearby places is excellent as the hotel is at the heart of the town. The food is good. The pricing of the hotel room is on the higher side. They should improve on the hospitality and reception of the staff in front counter. I booked it on Goibibo. They had the best rate. Goibobo should definitely consider adding a complimentary breakfast along with the room. The overall experience was good. I would rate 4/5

Comfortable stay with neat and clean room. Excellent food and friendly staff's. All amenities provided in room. My favourite place in kottayam for stay.

midnight they are started maintance work loudly,we requested two times but they didn't stop the work, finally we shouted to GM they are refunded amount at 1.45AM, worst experience in my life first time

Staff was helpful. The rooms was spacious and looks modern but needs renovation. A/c was just ok. Cleanliness was good Food and sevices was excellent Parking can be a challenge at night.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
