the property is completely different from what was shown in the pictures. even the basic amenities are not provided. overall the stay experience was very bad.

We overall had an amazing experience at Greenyards. It is located at close proximity front the main city. It’s also located at close proximity to tourist attractions such as the botanical garden, dodabetta peak, wax world and tea factory. The hotel provided us with tasty home cooked food on pre ordering. Hot water was available 24/7. The rooms were clean and spacious . Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

The manager did let us check in early but except that no other help from them .. no one will b mostly available at the desk .. the room was clean, had a big cupboard n attached bathroom.. no toiletries provided. The hot water is only available in morning. The location of hotel is great its surrounded with tourist attractions n dodabetta peak and tea factory can be seen from balcony. We had a pleasant stay. Overall it's budget friendly n good.
