Stay was good. We were reached hotel at very early 04:45 AM morning. It was good that they received us and allotted room at such odd hours. Although they claims that it is a family hotel but we found that one person entry the hotel even at drunk condition. And one thing which feels our family auckward is that Bar is located just behind the hotel which feels unsafe for ladies at late night hours

Overall experience is ok with this hotel. very calm near to Centre bus stop. Food also ok in this hotel.

Superior room is more comfortable. Staff is very cooperative. Food served very well. Just near bus stand. VR mall is also at walking distance. Comfortable stay. Recommended.

I reached hotel around 1.30 PM from airport directly. They allocated a room (Room No. 302) which was not cleaned at all. I wanted to use washroom but toilet was not cleaned and unhygienic. Someone smoked the cigarettes and ash was all over on floor. After highlighting the issue they allotted me new room which was okay but after sometime suddenly curtains fell down. I stayed in standard room, room was small but neat and clean. staff was courteous. tariff was little high looking at size of the room & amenities provided.

This was the most awful hotel ever. I turned up and they said as a Foreigner, I needed a C Form. No where else in India had asked for this. This was after a whole day travel from Udaipur to Nagpur. Surely, when the hotel has seen my booking and my name, it will realise I am a foreigner, and BEFORE I turn up, advise me that I need to fill in certain formalities. As it were, with another Indian couple, we were forced to drive around Nagpur looking for another hotel! This is highly unacceptable, and definitely NOT recommended.

Nice place to stay. Walking distance from ST Bus stand. Rooms are small but clean and tidy.. So are the bathrooms.

Good hotel but rooms are too small and so is the washroom and no breakfast, they have to kitchen from where you can order. Gentleman at the reception is too good and cooperative.

The rooms are small but the service and staff are excellent. The restaurant has great food and we had a couple issues when we arrived and the staff resolved everything in minutes. The bed was strong. and the coffee was strong :)
