it's really disappointed with this property.
*Room was not cleaned.
* fungus and water leaks on wall
* drinking water not available in room after checkin
* clothes hangers not available in wardrobe
*staff not responding as professional and trained
*evening shift receptionist behavior
*rooms wall not painted too many mark and spot.f
after complaining staff come over there and clean but it's not enough for satisfaction.

The hotel location is not good. The room was in shabby condition. Window pane broken, cockroach is there in the room. Reception and housekeeping staff are not professional. Tea coffee service is stopped. During booking there were many promises. Welcome drinks, high tea, complimentary lunch, or dinner with a limited menu. 20% discount on food etc. Nothing was available. They have provided buffet breakfast with two three dishes. Parking facility was available. This property is not value for money.

-the room was not cleaned
-no refrigerator
-had to request for water bottle nearly 7-8 times
-extra bed was not provided and had to request. the condition of the bed was worst.
-very bad breakfast.
**when asked why? they asked us to ask you guys (go ibibo)as they didn't upload the photos in go ibibo**

Worst place to stay. We stayed here for 2 days and power cut for almost 1/2 day. Rooms are old and low maintained. I paid for 2 days whereas for next 2 days we paid for air bnb which is very well maintained and had given us homely experience.
