Water Bottles weren't seal packed no soap no towels n stains were there on sheets we had to call everytime for basic amenities and also hot water was not available during 9:00 AM n we waited for half an hour to get it n thn our late check out request was surprising questioned and denied by Hotel Manager so we found his behaviour was pathetic. first of all, the location of the hotel was horrible and there's no geezer so they provided us with an immersion rod. the tv never worked even after calling the reception 4-5 times they didn't fix the issue. the owner was good though he helped us a lot with our luggage after check out

Room was ok but was missing Pest Control.
Bed was squeaky and was making noises even on slight movement.
Basic amenities like TV was not working.
No Geyser. Had to use Iron Rods for hot water during the complete stay of three nights.
They did not change the bedsheet for the complete stay.
Upon flush water was leaking from WD.
In conclusion, a pathetic experience.
The hotels with 500 Rs per night charge provide better facilities.

the stay was not smooth and had some issues. first of all they had told lies. before booking we had called them and asked about parking space and their reply was yes, full of confidence.while reaching there with the help of google maps, we were stuck in extremely narrow and congested streets. somehow we managed to reach the location with scars on our car. no parking space. they parked our car on a narrow street. the light was not working in washroom. they wasted our 1 hour in checking and repla ...more

1. no hot water in bathroom, if you request them for hot water for bathing they will provide emerson rode which is very risky with small kids.
2. darty rooms. mud was lying on tv units and bads like anything.
3. bad sheet was torn. they did not change the badsheet but only changed the side of lt.
4. rooms were that small that you can not even place your 3-4 big luggages in those rooms. also you cannot sit properly once you place your stuff in rooms.
