I recently stayed at Hacana Millennium Hotel in Madhapur, Hyderabad, and had a pleasant experience. The hotel's prime location on 100 Feet Road offers easy access to major IT hubs like Mindspace IT Park and attractions such as Shilparamam Cultural Village.
The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The staff was courteous and responsive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

in house restaurant not yet opened....

the staff is decent but needs a bit more training at the being professional. i couldn't connect to the internet for 1 night and had to constantly follow up for connecting.

Brand new hotel, spacious room, crisp linenand ultra clean hotel. courteous staff. parking almost always available. staff mostly new so they are also in the learning process. Location is ultra convinient. lots of restaurants around. heart of madhapur

the stay is pleasant and the staff is humble and quick in response.
they don't have restaurant and not keeping the towels ready and dental kit also to be asked.
small things can make some difference and make customers happy.
frequency of visits from the customers are more profitable than the saving cost on small things.

The room was quite clean and well maintained. The location is quite good as well. However, it wasn't soundproof and so there was a lot of disturbance while sleeping.
