very bad experience. room bedsheets pillow cover blanket is very dirty and it's worthless property. room is just like dharamshala's room. Bislery water bottle 1litre amt 50/- its worthless, room price too expensive according to room.

Poor experience of stay here. Room aren't clean. Room service will take hours to come. Door won't get locked. And you won't have warm water in bathroom. All negetive reviews are true for this poor place. Do not consider it as a resort. Worst is that even after all complains from past, they aren't improving or working on it. Still the same Not at all recommended place

Although rooms are good but reception area was full of mosquitoes which should not be the case for any hotel. From reception to rooms way was filled with water. Although the property is good but I feel it's not been maintained properly. Seems like very rarely people opt for staying at this place.

hi , need to improve more on quality as entire hotel doesn't seems proper functioning like lift in our case, also it is bit costlier in comparison to property. swimming pool was also not functioning considering covid19 setuation.
