It is a very good property at a very prime location. Rooms are neat and clean. The washroom was hygienic. The hotel staff was good, polite and very cooperative. They provide dental kit, water bottle, electric kettle and tea/coffee packets as complimentary. Food was average in taste. Rooms are centrally ac with full size mirror. I paid approximately 2400rs for this property which I think bit higher for Haldwani city. I gave 5 stars to this hotel. Thanks Shayam and Shahrukh at reception. Safety, Spacious rooms, Cleanliness and service are the few points I like the most.

Hotel Happy Homes provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, offering excellent value for money. With a few adjustments, particularly in the cleanliness of the washrooms and the pillow quality, it could easily elevate the guest experience to even greater heights. Hotel was nice but power cuts were very discomforting. The generator had to be started manually i guess as it took some time for backup, everytime there was a power cut. Hotel staff, locality and food are all good.
