Not Happy at All
Room was very bad. Washroom smells like hell, very bad. No mirror in room. TV not working, no channel at all. I ask support guy, he say not possible today. I know if they want to give service, just recharge it, but still he can't do anything. Very bad experience, not recommend.

we were allotted a minus 1 floor room with a dampness smell and mosquitoes the whole night.
what are we paying for if basic facilities are not provided.

It was just average experience staying at this homestay. Location is the biggest plus point. It is located in the best area of city, Gomatinagar. However, property and rooms need to be maintained. There are many damages in the bathroom and rooms which need to be maintained and also need to maintain hygeine.

the entire property is horrible, the condition of the rooms are poor, no proper cleaning or maintaining is done. the furnitures are too old, broken, dirty, no mirror in the rooms, bathrom doors are broken, there are rats running all across in the rooms. the sanitary fittings are poor. we had conversation with other guests as well who had same issue with the rooms. the staffs not well behaved, no proper welcome even the service is very poor. so much of disappointment!!!

No wifi in my room, rooms has seepage, washroom smells badly without any exhaust fan, bathroom taps have leakage, flush is not working and solutions from reception and even they don't care of any problems given, pathetic service I never faced any where.
