This hotel is at really nice location, sea facing room gives amazing view of arabian sea n get way of india.
Room are really nicely maintained with all comfort amenities. Room service n room cleanliness is good too.
Men at reception area really cooperative with nice behaviour.
Only disappointing thing was breakfast, taste of food was excellent but staff inside kitchen was not sufficient to serve the crowd, there was so much delay for preparation of each dish. But overall really nice stay at har ...more

rooms are very good. sea facing rooms are bit small compare to inner side rooms. all facilities were there with a good assisting staff.

conveniently located at the apollo bunder the property offers sweeping view of the arabian sea. it's an old building, the first 2 floors of which are a separate hotel and the 3rd floor is the boutique hotel harbour view. the room was tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable. the rooftop restaurant looked promising with great views of the sea.

Except the location nothing great about the hotel. We were denied an early check-in despite rooms being available and then were given a smaller than usual room. Hotel appears in need of renovation (see photos). Staff was not the most friendly. (We wanted to access the roof top cafe in the evening - open till 11pm but we were denied entry at 10). Definitely not value for money. I ordered a glass of milk for my kid and it was extremely overpriced.
