The hotel is useless in terms of cleaning. The people working there and the hotel people themselves are mostly people. I have faced a lot of this here. My family with two children was standing outside in the rain but the hotel people did not stop changing and were grooming inside the room. It was a complete gander....

Very nice location ,surrounding by hills ,staff behaviour are good and supportive .Calm and pleasant surrounding atmosphere . resturent not available but they serve food in garden area ,live music is also a good attraction .I like that singer I enjoyed his singing . Except Small room every thing was good I have booked room for 3 member of my family but Delux room is very small ,bathroom very small you can't take a bath ,You should book bigger room even if you are 2 member , This resort is befo ...more

1. only 3 rooms, we the only guest 2. wifi switched off when they went to sleep3. cockroaches in room , cupboard bathroom 4. spit stains in bathroom 5. no one came to ask for tea breakfast n check when we exited in the morning 6. linen Dirty7. can't recall otherswhy did I even check in?

The worst place i have ever visited..i payed for 2days but after seeing the property my whole mood got spoiled we just slept there and early morning left..just 1 night we stayed just because we had small kids..that experience was also very bad..there were bugs in the bed..there were spider webs in the room..curtains and all was so dirty..we were so disappointed that we left in just 1day instead of our 2day trip..the room was so smelly..no maintainence nothing..if i had seen the property earlier ...more

hotel was at outskirt of city, there was no proper reastorant but the hotel was charging 18%GST on food instead of 5%< which is illegal. There were cockroaches in bathroom. No wifi signal in our room no 101. No phone network.
