it was not photogenic, hotel was under renovation so cleanliness was not there , staff was good, but need to improve the quality. room was okay..spacious and equipped with basic things. washroom was having hot water

Chikhaldara dont have many good hotels so this one relatively classy, clean with restaurant and bar. The hotel is bit old and does show it.
Problems I faced:
- included breakfast service is too slow. It starts after 8 am and closes by 10 or 10:30. It seems they deliberately dont bring food or bring in such small quantity that people leave half finished or without having. On first day it took me 1 hour for breakfast so on next day I left without having one.
