the worst ever...no service provided by the resort..the tv not working,the wifi not working,the fridge not working...ordered basic necessities like water and it takes 45 minutes to come...rooms not clean,kettle was so filthy...wouldn't even stay for free...u should be issuing us a compensation for putting and providing this kind of hotels with such high prices..it's really a shame

Best Bonfire Night Spent here Bonfire in the lawn was amazing. Soup was excellent and starters were a delight. Room size could have been better. Overall enjoyable stay.

Good Location but property needs amenities improvements Could not enjoy the zipline as it was not operational and burma bridge was not active at that time. My children were really eager for these activities. Good Part - The location is superb and food is also very good.

no maintenance at all.... location is good.. food is good.. but poor service... no balcony in rooms... out side area not clean.. swimming pool not clean.. no guard on pool no towels available... amenities are Zero.. not recommend at all... not worth of Cost

FOOD 1.Food quality was not at all good 2.Taste of food was not good 3. Variety not available, at least should add 1 south indian food ROOM 1.Not worth for the money paid 2. Walls are not repaired 3.House keeping was not good 4.Room was not same as shown in pics STAFF 1. Were very courteous & helpful, always smile on their faces. 1.Overall good, as most of families were the visitors.

My Experience is full of issues, Room was full of flies and They are trying to remove flies from towel and pillow cover, AC was not working, Lots of roaches were in restaurant even in glass in which they were serving water. Property Manager was arrogant. Service and Hygiene was terrible.

The Quiet Mornings here are the best Wake up from your room and hear the chirping of the birds, go down the stream area and sit there in silence, come back to the wellness center and do yoga. Have a healthy and delicious breakfast, enjoy the complete off beat serenity it has to offer. This is the real review of this place. I can't just thank enough how wonderful their team is. Thank you for making this a wonderful retreat for me.
