Terrible Stay – Dirty Room, Cockroaches, and Rude Staff This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was dirty and wet, with cockroaches all over the room and bathroom. The floor was filthy, and the room felt unhygienic from the moment I entered. I complained to the staff, but they were completely unhelpful and rude. The whole property is infested with cockroaches. old and poor property. All room are very congested. The manager and madam consider themselves very intelligent and everyone gust else to be fools. In this hotel, looting is going on in the name of partially sea view. very bad exp. in this hotel.

Service is excellent, I will highly recommend this hotel. View and food everything is quite god. Also pool has beach facing view. Overall experience was quite good.

The Goibibo app description of the room was 10/10, so I booked it for two days. However, the rooms were pathetic and poorly maintained. 1. There was no water in the toilet. 2. There was no option to call for room service. 3. There was no window on the first floor; I felt trapped in the room. But the room price was so high that I expected 4- to 5-star hotel room service. This is the first time I received this type of service from Goibibo in Visakhapatnam. From now on, I will not book through Goibibo.
