The hotel is a fantastic option for a budget stay. It is located jn the midst of a bustling marketplace and is only 10-15 mins drive from FRI. The rooms were clean and tidy and the washrooms were really well maintained. The hotel has ample space to walk around and is a fun place with kids. The hotel staff was very helpful and active. However, the food quality needs improvement. The parking space is fantastic. I'll certainly recommend this hotel for a budget trip.

the rooms are decent with great bathrooms , the location is great ,almost at the centre of everything. staff were very friendly and the service was amazing.the amenities like hot water,ac etc are present.
wifi works ,there is enough parking space (can park close to 8-10 cars)
only fault if you have to find for the sake of it is the tv doesn't work (which I don't have a problem with) the ambience is peaceful . the garden is good but don't keep over expectations regarding the garden as the hotel is in the centre of the city

ROOM WAS 10/10.
Other amenities like the air conditioning, the proper ventilation and hygiene was also perfect.
You are gonna love your stay here.
As a family of 5 everything was super comfy except the fact that one room couldn't fit more than 2 adults in an emergency situation.
For that you have to pay some extra cash.
prices are defined at the hotel itself.
