My stay at this hotel was horrendous from the start. The front desk staff had no record of our booking, making us wait 30 minutes while they "verified" it. The room we eventually received was nothing like the photos—it was filthy and appeared to be given to us last-minute because all other rooms were booked. The washroom was disgusting, the air conditioner barely worked, and the bed sheet was stained and unclean. Everything was far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone—avoid it at all costs.

service was good.we arrived early, they provided extra room for refreshment before check-in.just 5min walk from langar hall.bathtub was not available in bathroom.

Everything was such a pathetic room service even everything was un tidy and even thing was broken.such a bad smell was coming and even no gesture not worthy.booked super delex room .at the time of check in room provided was not up to mark.ac was not working ,charging point was broken

For Rs 1250 this hotel is totally waste of money. Tv is not working, geyser not working, room not proper clean, one water bottle, one soap and one towel given for two guests. if there is negtive rating exist I will give that

very near to gurudwara harimander sahib.only 25 foot difference very good hotel.this hotel staff is good. very best hotel.

Exelent service. Very polite and helpful staff. Rooms was hygenic. They provide 2 masks and hand senitizer in room for us.
