The photos & reality doesnt match. The bathroom was leaking and there was an obnoxious smell coming. Will not recommend

avoid hibis i had a disappointing 2-day stay at hibis. the rooms were not clean, with wet walls and even rats. the owners father/grandfather, were in the restaurant during dinner, which felt intrusive, especially when they stopped kids from playing with the billboard, yet still passed rude comments. despite requesting a tv replacement twice and changing the set-top box three times, the tv never worked. hot water was also an issue—after four requests, they provided a rod. the only positive wa ...more

Rooms are not good at all. There are cockroaches on the table. We booked 2 premium rooms but while allotting they gave us one big room and another small room. While discussing with the manager they changed our room. Switch es are broken and it does not look like a premium room at all. The corridor and other areas are not clean. The swimming pool was so dirty that we didn't take the chance to get down there.

Pathetic experience in my life time so far. We had booked this property because it is close to the beach but the major issue was water. There was no water supply to the washroom for my whole 2 days stay. So we eventually had to go out to restaurants/cafes to use the washroom. We had requested the caretakers 4 times but still no action was taken. We couldn't even take shower or wash our faces at the stay. Decent room and food. Services could be better. Decent food but limited options. Nice place. Can improve the services as most of the numbers were not available on calls.

The hotel is pathetic all lies. The rooms are stinking and very old and small. Bathrooms are worst. Never book it even on deathbed. The staff is unbelievably unfriendly and pathetic. They will downgrade the rooms if you complaint. The water was leaking whole night they shifted is two times. It is not beach property and never even imagine of going there, you will regret your vacation.
