Rude staff particularly at reception . When we checked in we heard they are arguring with other guest like anything. Our checkout time was 11 and they started calling on room landline and my personal number from 10.45 . Room was vacant thereafter. Fans regulator was not working . Hotel staff told us use it as it is . Recharge of dish tv was expired we asked for tv but they didn’t.. Overall it was worst and disappointing stay at hotel highland

3 star only because online its showing 2 options for delux. I opted for Delux 2 by paying extra money. But reception said they dont have any delux 2 option and alloted me delux room. Its fraud because I paid extra money for what?
Apart from this rest things are good.
