They allowed early check-in at around 7 am which no hotel does, so really appreciate it

The hotel was a perfect example for value for money. The staff was so supportive and the hospitality was top notch. Rooms were really big, filled with every little amenity you need with care taken with the very minute details. And the cleanliness was great. Breakfast was wonderful too.
I was there with my mother and they respected our privacy and at the same time providing a friendly environment overall.

I was there with the family . The staff are not well trained especially the front desk . They don't know how to talk with customers in a professional way . And also those are taking orders for room service . They send the incomplete order some time. I don't know what the hotel manager's duty is. Because I can't find him . As a 4 Star category this is not up to the mark. I hope this review will take as a positive way and improve themselves in the future.

Very spacious room, neat and clean. Good food and hygiene. Good for family vacation as well as for business visit. Highland is highly recommended. Value for money.
