Went to the hotel on the scheduled date. Rooms were filthy and damp. Surprisingly they were not aware of our booking as well. We couldn't stay there and went to some other 'New Dawn' hotel which was really up to mark. Made full payment of 6132/- for Himali but they adjusted 3300/- only by paying it to the other hotel. We are deprived of the rest of the amount. In future will think twice as there is loss of money as well as time.

Good location but staff are not friendly. Reception persons are too lazy
