It is a good hotel near to Mall road. Hosts are very cooperative for everything. Service is pretty fast. For any need they are immediately available. Provide clean rooms. Breakfast is OK. Balcony view is nice looking towards mountain. Only challenge is to climb up with steep slope. But to have good mountain view, effort has to be there.Wifi works fine. Few areas of improvement could be restaurant area can be cleaned a bit as it is not heavily used so left bit untidy.

the reception staff is very rude. refused to provide us with basic amenities such as towels, waterbottle, kettle, shower kit and even the glasses. there was no quilt aka razai in our rooms in this cold temp. the food was over spiced. would not recommend this resort to any one.

Hotel is on an incline. Location is good though, 5 mins walk from the mall road. However there are lots of similar hotels at the same price around, that are more easily accessible. Staff were good. Rooms only face one side. There is no difference in the deluxe and super deluxe rooms and the listing can be misleading. All the rooms have a decent view, however.

Very nice place for stay having superb view of snow top hills. Staff and service are best. Food is awesome, no need to go anywhere for food!

The hotel is located nearby mall road that's an advantage but being at tourist spot the parking place is too small, the facilities were not belong to a 3 star hotel. Only good thing at hotel is it's mountain view everything else is just pathetic. NO ROOM SERVICE ON TIME; not worth the money.All the rooms are same but theirs no good toiletries; Room service. They didn't deliver the drinking water which i told via room service till morning & then next morning i had to get it by myself.
