horrible experience, pathetic service. room service does not respond. they charge for even minor food stains. charged us 1000 rs just for stains

I have been a regular visitor of Hoften Sukhvasa Gurugram and experience is getting better with each stay...The rooms are spacious, the food is delicious and the staff is courteous...Also very strategically located..First time I visited to attend a conference which is at lower level and after that I have been a regular visitor.

The experience was really pathetic. The manager there talked really rude to us, they asked for charges related to stains on the bed-sheet. I have never experienced such embarrassment in hospitality business, beware going there as they can ask for extra charges for anything.
