I felt stay at holiday home was an average experience to us. They can improve their services. we didn't get any other service rather than a room. The view from the room was nice.

No staff when I reached hotel no cleaning in my room and bad smell in room, no towel in bathroom no shampoo. my family very disturb for thus type of facilities

nice scenic location in vagamon just 2 km away from town. staffs are friendly. 24 hrs hot water available in the bathroom. dining table, sofa and living room available in 1cottage. bathroom is clean and neat.complimentory breakfast provided. all kitchen items, fridge and gas provided. BBQ grill available at hotel and will provide on demand at no cost. washing mechine also is there. but we havnt used. we stayed in the cottages, neat rooms. blankets, cot and bed are nice. privacy atmosphere in and around resort. overall great stay.

Overall it was good and a pleasant stay. The ambience is very good. A good view from the hotel the rooms are very neat and well maintained. The hotel staffs were very nice and soft. The hotel has a seperate kitchen for all the guests who can cook your food. They provide us with all the masala items, milk, curd, sugar etc. They dont provide food in the hotel since they do not have a restaurant. But they will get food from outside within few mins.
