No vehicle parking. Geyser not working. It was home stay. No care taker. Kitchen available with basic amenities. You can use it.. Rooms good. Location not good.

Good experience.Property is very near by highway . Worth for money. Rooms are spacious. Beautiful view from balcony.

Enjoyed staying there since it gave a homely feeling. The view from the balcony is awesome and rooms are quite big enough. 24hrs hot water is there which is an added advantage. Parking is available. But you need to have vehicle to reach to the hotel from main market as there is no street lights all the way and it gets lonely
But there are few cons:
1. All amenities mentioned are not provided. Ex - Room service.
There is no provision for cleaning of room and bathroom. No regular changing of bed ...more

very disappointing experience. Even the garbage bins were not cleared on daily basis. Washrooms were also not cleaned properly on daily basis. Since we were there for 3 nights all garbage bins were full of waste particles and it remained as it is for all the 3 days.
The teapoy were also not cleaned.

Locationwise it is at outskirts of the madikeri town. The rooms are spacious and are well maintained. Only a washroom in the basement is provided to driver. Other than that not even a blanket is provided to driver
Nice place to stay in. Maintenance could have been a bit better. All the amenities listed are not provided.
