i was not given early check-in, as it was mentioned which was guaranteed. the washroom was not clean. and the staff enter the room without knocking, which is a highly unprofessional and pathetic experience. they are not apologetic about it when i questioned.

Very poor service very very bad staff's ....I have taken brakefast and lunch or diner plan hotel charge me for lunch.rs 800 which in a white paper bill .Haresh us during and check out.No one dear to book this hotel ...Even they can offer free stay at the hotel Please no one book this hotel...Ac water leakage problem .Ac cooling problem very very poor hotel...

stayed with family and asked room heater but staff said owner have not provided. Checkout time was 12 PM and did 1 PM and they charged 300/-Rs. Proper GST invoice not provided for food and extra checkout charges. will not recommend anyone to stay here with family.
