I booked Super Deluxe AC Room for 3 adults and paid Rs./-.But at hotel they provide us Double bedroom for 3 adults . After arguing they provide us a room for 3 person and charged extra RS.500/-.overall they said what show while booking they don't have any concern with that.

First look the room looks nice.
No toiletries, no towels, kettle available without the tea, coffee, milk or sugar provided.
Snacks and food are outsourced, only bread and omlet is choice for breakfast.

I dont think in this amount one should get this hotel this is over priced.
They have taken amount for 3 persons but given 2 bottels of drinking water and complementory tea for two. I didnt like the hotel
After asking the manager also they refuse to give an extra bed
Asked for extra pillow the service boy refused that also then again request to the manager then they provided with one extra pillow
And given one towel for 3 persons and then again they provided 1 towel after asking extra

I stayed this hotel last week for two days, location is good but service quality need to improve. After several times reminder there were no change of bed sheet pillow covers etc. Food quality is ok
