My parents stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is located very near to Nayaganj metro station and is easy to reach.
The rooms are nice and very spacious. The food is also delicious. Some improvements can be made in housekeeping services.

The manager was just clueless. They have no parking. Asks to park on road and no responsibility of theirs. Can accomodate 2-3 cars when shops around closes at 10PM. They ask to park car in multilevel parking 500m away from hotel. This is their parking arrangement. In the name of complementary dinner they will say will serve thali then will say order as per menu anything. Then will restrict to 1-2 choices and that too limited quantity. So whats the use of asking. The management is complete mess. ...more

hotel location is good but
staff behavior is very bad , laying, rood
I booked room with breakfast & dinner but the don't provide dinner and make argument
I say in this hotel two days , next day they don't provide tea kit after making complaint
worst experience not to recommend at all
door lock is broken, hotel maintenance is poor, I think front desk staff is incomplete to handle problems
