Very good property. Very near to Madikeri Musuem and Fort. Caretaker is very nice person. Property is easy to locate

Perfect hotel to stay at coorg. The host and The person who manages the day to day requirements are awesome. You don't feel it is a hotel, it's a home. If time permits i could have stayed many more days. I stayed in a lot of places in Ooty, munnar , waynad but never got this kind of environment.

Before book this home stay pl confirm breakfast is inclusive or not, bcoz we booked for 4 days including breakfast but owner denied for breakfast & ask separate charge for breakfast, we are very disappointed, Home Stay is just ok, There is a lots of scope for good arrangements but it depends upon property owner, room is big but bed & mattresses is very poor, due to pillows & blankets are very thin can't get good sleep, commod focet water pressure is very low, hot water boiler is despense only 15 ...more

Room is very Clean and tidy... A good fragrance scattered all over in room..
very helping nature of Caretaker... they will cook meals for you if you tell them.. or a Good Veg Hotel at stone throwing distance from stay...
Overall best experience...
