the hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. it was even better than expected. the price was terrific. the managers are very friendly and i would definitely stay there again.

hotel is in a residential complex, surrounding, lift, lobby, balcony etc are very bad. weddings are very poor. very very horrible experience.

Guys do not prefer this hotel. Had a very worst experience.1)I selected a premium room. Reception person behavior was horrible, rude, not cooperative at all. He denied a premium room selection. He was like we don't have such option. There is no such premium room it's a we are charged in the name of premium but it is actually standard deluxe room. 2) if u order food they charged doubled as a commission3) trouble u no.of time for check out time4) before leaving the hotel they make u wait at recep ...more
