The services and the staff conduct was good. Did not faced any kind of issues in this hostel. The food quality was average.

The services were good, The staff behavior was also good except one person. The room was was clean and the bed -sheet too. The location of the property is in a remote area.
Overall my stay was good in this property.

its a perfect place to stay in the heart of Mumbai for solo backpackers. Value for money... decent breakfast. Lovely people with positive vibes and different activities organised every evening. convenient to commute as its close to the Railway station and several restaurants/ bars nearby to chill and have tasty munchies.
They can definitely improve on the pest control, ventilation & air-conditioning.

Location was nice and very easily accessible. The caretaker of the property was very cooperative. Breakfast that they provided was nice. Rooms were fine. Overall it was a good experience.

To stay in a cool place with lovely & warm people. Its a hostel which brings people closer to each other. Nice breakfast and clean beds... daily activities organised by friendly staff, lot of books to read & laundry service also available. They have tie ups with a few places that offer discount if you are staying at H.O.P. hostel. Thats the nick name.

Location was OK just near on the main road. We have booked dormitory room and There was no restaurant for in house dining. Care taker was managing the services and security stay was safe.
