The check in experience was hassle free , and the amenities in the room as well as outdoor were perfectly marvellous. And their restaurant service was also good. In the morning buffet , Restaurant manager himself was coming to guest 's table and asking about is there anything you want . That was pretty nice. And food was mouth watering. My Overall experience was excellent

Very average hotel ...they gave us room at 5.30 in evening ...despite requesting for early check inn...below avarage food quality in restuarant...ac was not working in the room..have to change it .very bad service ..not expecting it from hyatt group...lastly i have not seen smaller washbasin in any hotel than this ..will not come again here and will nit recommend this to anyone...2 star service of hyatt place ...

1. Always delay in serving breads during dinner. 2. I forgot my mobile data cable, no one respond regarding courier back the same. 3. There is regular music sounds outside the room, you can't sleep because of that till 12:30 at night. 4. No exhaust in the washroom.
