Location is Ok but I don't recommend this hotel. I booked it on the name of Hyatt but it's actually third class in terms of service and behaviour of staff. They don't know how to welcome, treat and honour their guests. Food quality is ok. Amenities are average.

reached the property at 13.30 hrs but room alloted at 15.40 hrs that too on call as i had gone to the beach being unable to wait that long, later when i came to hotel in the evening i was surprised to see that i was given room on the last corner of the hotel with no view and no balcony however i booked a room with balcony staff behavior is not up to the mark

The stay was wonderful at Ronil jdv Hayatt. Everything regarding the stay was perfect. Smooth check in, welcome drinks, nice rooms, delicious food, superb spa, pool open till 1AM. Breakfast spread was huge with so many choices. They gave complimentary snacks and beverages as well. The hotel was arranged birthday dinner for me. Overall super duperrr holidays with the best hospitality and the best hotel staff you could ever find. Thanks to Ronil Hyatt and will sure visit them again and again.
