Reasons for 1 star :
1. Strangely, they do not give you the room key. It will remain on reception, which is very unusual and suspicious.
2. Toilet seat was broken , when I asked the staff about it, his reply was " haan sir, toota to hai"
3. No channels on telesion..
I travel a lot to lucknow, nearly about every month.
will never recommend to anyone.

Decent room but horrible service. staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing. they over promise and under deliver. got woken up at 0300 Am by other guest, they were running aroung in the corridor. bad experience.. we wont be back
