it was horrible stay at the hotel room tarrif was very high as compared to services provided by them. i thought it was apple group which owns no of hotels in lonavala pune navi mumbai but it is not they had given me room in front of parking where there is no watchman no gaurd in all there was no privacy. i went with my family with kid so i requested them to change fhe room but they were very adament. room were empty but they didn’t want to change the room pathetic service

it's a small hotel rather than a resort has only 8 rooms out of wich 2 are deluxe and right at the front of main entrance.. ther is no sitting or balcony outside these rooms..room is spacious and bathroom is clean.wat I wanna realy highlight is the FLOORIN OF THE WHOLE RESORT .ITS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN. THER R DENTS IN THE ENTIRE TILES AND THEY HAV BEEN COVERED WITH GRASS TO LOOK AESTHETIC ..OUTSIDE OUR DELUX ROOM THER WERE DENTS WICH WR AT THE BASE OF THE STEPS ..IF UR NOT CAREFUL ur FE ...more

The stay was good. The staff was nice and helpful. Only the room alloted to us was not garden facing. Good and the place is approx 2.5 kms from beach.

Ice Apple Resort is a quaint and well maintained property in the Nagaon area. It is a small resort with 8 rooms and an excellent restaurant, and offers a peaceful stay amidst this village locality, with the beach a 10 min drive away. Samir the manager is a hardworking and patient host, whose personal attention to each guest makes the stay very memorable.
