This hotel experience was absolutely horrendous! I just checked into my room, immediately checked out. let me tell you, the condition of the room and bed was disgraceful. The bed was so warped it felt like a pendulum! It's clear that the management couldn't care less about guest comfort; they're just in it for the money. The prices are outrageous, and honestly, it wouldn't even be worth staying in a room that costs 1000-2000 rupees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I dont know the rating for this hotel is high. The rooms were dusty, AC dint work, ac vent had so much of dust, bed were not clean, the worst part was cockroaches at dinning place just the buffet food table

Stay was good. By room service is delayed mostly when we ask for anything like extra plate or dental kit etc which I felt bad. Otherwise food is really good and tasty.Room is neat and clean

Overall a good hotel. But certain things needs renovation,like toilet etc. Linen, bathroom towels etc are pathetic. Good food, restaurant has got nice ambience. Staff behaviour is also good.
