I am not sure how to rate this property as I didn't get the chance to visit the property itself. Manager called me and told that air conditioners are not working hence they are shifting their guests to another property.

I checked in and checked out within one hour since the rooms were not upto the mark and property not a value for money , Stinky Rooms, unclean washrooms . I checked out without uttering a word since I dint wanted to spoil my vacation. Refund is expected .

"Great experience with Goibibo and Butterfly Cottages!"I want to thank Goibibo and Butterfly Cottages for their flexibility and support in postponing our trip to next week due to medical reasons, with only a small extra charge. Nice property with good and spacious rooms. The place is well maintained. Veg food is quite good as well. Helpful staff. Location is a bit in the interiors, but can be easily found with the help of Google maps. It is around 10 min drive from Nagaon Beach.
