Hotel is located in a secluded area and the road to property is also very narrow and bad. Room is clean, staff are polite and helpful but still the price does not justify it. They have created a hype about the place but there's nothing much to do in reality.

. While booking its mentioned that location is 7 min away from Nagaon beach but that is actual 30 min aways from beach. and there is no connectivity from main road to homestay location.

It's as an average Hotel as per ambiance. Hotel room is clean but not sufficient for two Adults & Two small kids. Hotel staff is cooperative but rent is on higher side for this hotel as per it's location & overall ambiance, we thought it's very big hotel but it is normal hotel but I had paid rental as 3 star rating Hotel. It's my mistake booked hotel.

There are major reasons to avoid this hotel. Firstly the location of the hotel is in a very strange and lonely area. Property is not maintained well. Way to costly according to the service they provide and what they charge. I didn't find the Property safe at my personal level. Washrooms not maintained. No car parking available also the road approaching to the hotel is very narrow. Room telephone was not working.

it's really awesome stay.Co-operative staff.Room was clean and spacious.Balcony area it's awesomeFully silent place.Manager Sandesh and all staff behavior is friendly.But don't depend on Google Map. directly call to Kovi In and get direction properly.

Overall average experience....we went during peak season and this was only available in range of 3k per room in nagoan....washrooms are meeting minimum standard...There is small pool available which is also good to spend time...f you are going in peak season then this is recommended to family at reasonable rate...
