Now Imperial Hotel is not the same, earlier every item required was available in the room, now you have to ask for it. Breakfast used to be very good, now they send 2 parathas in the room, very bad experience,money waste.

They will charge you if you ask for replacement of normal bottle of water against a chilled one. Moreover the room was without AC remote so you can't control the temperature as per your requirements. Staff was also very unprofessional.

Unapologatic behaviour by reception staff.did not arrange hot water for 2 days early morning need. lost my belt and food stuff missing from my belongings kept on the table.
will not ever stay or recommend any one

Hotel is good Food quality is good only thing is mattress are very old. Rooms are quite spacious.
