the rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor from the base, lift was used only for chk in and chk out, their is the only stairs to get on 2nd and 3rd floor, stairs are very narrow and straight that is quite uncomfortable, room was not cleaned entire the stay, the hotel is marked as 3 star but their is not any single facility like 1 star.... their is only one staff as manger, as attendant, as receptionist. it looks man army.... overall experience was poor...

The overall experience was average. The location was great but room was small, also there was lift from first floor so we have to take luggage by stairs till first floor.

worst hotel with rude manager wrong information of room size 240 sqft but it was100 sqft only with tap problem in washroom and paint problem in room take advantage of whole payment before booking with no return policy hotel are cheating with customer . I am most unhappy customer

property was old.wall paper and plaster from walls coming out.cabinates are dirty.after my requesting they don't change my room.hotel doesn't hv lifts.overall experience is wrost.

good experience.. friendly and professional staff..good value for money.. will try to stay here wherever I visit Ajmer made us feel comfortable.. kid's enjoyed playing around and on terrace..friendly and caring staff

Hotel Imperial was a nice experience for my one day stay at Ajmer.Located near chudi Bazar and very much on the way to the famous Dargah. It took around 7-10 mins.Other places like Subhas Udyan and adhai din ka jhopra was also accessible. Best part was it's proximity to the main bazar where you can explore authentic Rajasthani saris, chudi, lahanga and other local wearables.It is just a few step away from the Ajmer Junction, less than 1 km.
