Very Rude Staff :I booked it for my senior citizen parents. When they reached at 11 pm, they were asked to please cancel the booking from our end because they have been charged less.And they insisted to counter payment if they want to check in although amount was fully paid at the time of booking. Very disappointed with this kind of behavior of the hotel.

Not recommended... Two days I stayed here, paid, they asked me 4 times payment has not been received, this is unacceptable, the lady asked many times about payment, it's an insult. At the check out time, they said bed sheet is dirty, will charge you... Totally pathetic.. On the other hand, location is worst, so much traffic noise as this hotel is based in chowk

It's not a room It's like toilet very short space here no any hanger or wardrobe and he gives meri dirty blanket if u cover ur face with that blanket I'll be faint and for hot water he uses "rod" that's very horrible and he deny for towel and checkin tym he ask money. I paid for this in this price u got a very comfortable stay. I want give negative stars if possible. If u go for fun and traveling, they can destroy ur whole trip and mood also. I booked the above hotel for 4 nights, from day one I was concerned about quality of rooms, they were full of dust, mosquito, and insects. no service at all, manager was 16 yr old rude guy, This hotel was my worst experience. I left the hotel only 3 nights cause I was getting sick over there. please strongly avoid this hotel even at free of cost .

hotel not up to the mark, should check,bathroom not Clean,room not Clean,they are not change pilocover,they said they do not have pillow cover.please don't book this hotel.all old ac they put in room,not having ac remote. need to out side of off for ac on and off.total waste of money.everything is I dislike in this hotelI my life this the 1st time.I stay that kind of bad hotel.

hotel is good location is near to Madan Mahal but here intercom is not working so you have to go at reception for any assistance
