very poor service and least recommended hotel. If you dont check in on time they will give rooms to someone and then you have to wait and also rooms are very stinky and small... I highly don't recommend to have a stay in this pathetic hotel

worst condition hotel, booking hotel with dinner and breakfast but no availability, provided only puri sabji with formality only, booking price is so high for super deluxe rooms

Pathetic hotel in terms of cleanliness. The room has so many small cockroaches and other insects. To get rid of this, the insects spray was done frequently due to which I couldn't breathe properly and spending worst time here. I have no other option to stay for another 2 days as the entire amount was already paid off. Do avoid this hotel for even short stay

we enjoyed stay at Hotel Imperial very much.Everything is close and convenient.Staff is very polite and cooperative.I'll plan to stay again in the same hotel.
