they disappointed from the beginning. we booked Mint palace room. but they gave is small heritage room. after we checked and realised that the room they gave was not mint palace.we asked the reception people and they said Mint palace rooms will be very hot so we gave this heritage room. We asked them to show the room but they are trying to convince us. after some time they gave it some other guest for more price. please be careful when they give room, they are cheating guests. please be cautious ...more

this room was good and well maintained. but room service and house keeping is a major issue. all the things mentioned were not provided. they don't have any sense of time . after repeated requests we recieved the complementary fruit basket at 10 pm when we were fast asleep. candies are awaited still. the welcome drink tilak and flower garland was not provided neither was the foot massage after much following and persuasion could get the bullock cart ride the next day. they organised independence ...more

The air condition was not working. After long wait shifted to another room at 11.45 PM. The room was not up to standard. Breakfast was served with very poor quality and taste. Needs improvement Cleanliness and hospitality was poor
