Recently stayed at Indismart Hotel, Kolkata. I would begin by appreciating the staff for their caring and courteous behavior be it security, the front desk or the ones at the restaurant. However the rooms are Definitely not upto the mark and thr entire property needs maintenance. The room alloted to us 418, had seepage on walls in the room, the AC vent was filled with dirt , the tiles inside washroom were broken and had gaps in between. very poor experience in Checking ! very pathetic service
Very poor check in service and very poor service at the time check in by the reception staff ! No food service after 10:30 pm ! What a pathetic situation!
