Recently stayed at Indismart Hotel, Kolkata. I would begin by appreciating the staff for their caring and courteous behavior be it security, the front desk or the ones at the restaurant. However the rooms are Definitely not upto the mark and thr entire property needs maintenance. The room alloted to us 418, had seepage on walls in the room, the AC vent was filled with dirt , the tiles inside washroom were broken and had gaps in between. the rooms at comfortable beds and good sound proofing, so there is not much disturbance. but the bathrooms are quite small and congested.
