the room condition is very poor..but the complimentary breakfast is very good..otherwise no hygiene no proper water and very bad smells in the bathroom.

Property is old building and situated in the main town and behaviour of staff is very good. But there is NO GYSER (HOT WATER) in the bathroom, NO TV connection and NO INTERCOM system, I have to talk with reception person from my phoneAlso there is BIG RAT in the room
