worst exprince...hotel night manager was very uncooperative, linen and blanket were smelling, with poor hygiene in washroom too..old dirty look furniture. lift was not working, over all horrible exprince for hotel

Stayed for one night but the hotel have poor services. Asked for room heater as the room was very cold but was informed that they don't provide any room heater....no room service... overall staffs were very unprofessional

The geyser was not functioning as it was essential for me during the winter. I have to repeatedly call the reception for getting the password for WiFi, even for the bottle of water. I didn't expect this.

the stay was comfortable and the staff was cooperative. I recommend to the visitors to reserve MGM Residency for comfortable stay.

Water geyser was out of order for first 36 hours. They should have changed the room, but upon request also didn't happen. They also charge for visiting guests.

it was okay. the staff was well behaved
it feels a little unsafe because of the location but otherwise it is actually pretty safe
